Reset your mind and body with 60-minutes of Vinyasa Flow style yoga. Vinyasa yoga is also called flow yoga and links breath with continuous, fluid movements, creating a dynamic, often aerobic workout that builds heat, strength, and flexibility.

Materials Needed: Yoga mat. Blocks/strap, if you have them (not necessary).
