Here’s your chance to create a masterpiece without having to do all the hard stuff (shopping/searching for supplies). Instructor Angel of River House Creations will do all that for you. She’ll bring all the supplies to Good Luck Cellars, and you'll go home with...your masterpiece.

CLASS DETAILS

Select a pre-made abalone shell tree (10"-12" tall) then decorate it with shells and pearls. It's easy and fun!

Cost is $65.00 and includes a complimentary charcuterie cup to enjoy while you're decorating.

Class time is 1:00-3:00 and will be held in the Event Room (located behind the Tasting Bar).

Line Dancing, Circle Dancing, and Hip Hop Dancing will be taught on select Fridays from 4-5 PM.

A different dance move will be taught at each session by local instructor Joy Hendershot. Then you’re encouraged to stay for Friday Wine Down to show off your new moves with the regular Friday dancers. Wine Down Friday is hosted year round, includes live music/dancing 5:30-7:30, and there’s usually a food truck on site 5:00-7:00.

No dance partner is needed to participate.

There’s no fee or sign up required (tips for the instructor are appreciated).

There will be several boat-related organizations/vendors on site including: Chesapeake Boat Basin, NNK Sail & Power Squadron, Coast Guard Auxiliary, NNK Anglers Club, Smith Point Sea Rescue, Indian Creek Yacht Club, short-term rental agent for vacationers, local artisans, and more….

Chamber music concert presented by the Northern Neck Orchestra (NNO) will feature “Music by Brahms and Hayden”.

The program features the Piano Quintet in F minor by Johannes Brahms and the

Symphony No. 104 in D major by Joseph Haydn arranged for flute, piano and string quartet.

We’re extending our Sunday, July 13th, hours to PARTY WITH A PURPOSE.

The guys of The Band from Misfit Beach will perform at Good Luck Cellars and encourage listeners to fill their bucket with hard cash. This performance will raise money for the FRIENDS OF THE NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER.

1. What is chair/seated massage?Chair massage is a 20-minute massage that focuses on the high-tension areas of the body, such as neck, back, shoulders, arms and hands. Clients comfortably sit in the provided specially designed massage chair.

2. Is chair massage beneficial?Absolutely! There are many benefits to massage. Here are just a few: massage improves venous and lymphatic flow, decreases tension and improves flexibility, and increases endorphin levels. 

3. Do I have to remove any clothing while receiving chair massage? No. One of the benefits of chair massage is that you can sit as you are, clients do not remove any clothing!

4. Is it sanitary?Yes! The massage therapist cleans and disinfects the chair and their hands between each client and provides a fresh face-rest cover for each massage recipient to ensure cleanliness.

5. Are there contraindications for chair massage?Yes. Medical contraindications include, but are not limited to: uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes, fractures, herniated discs, malignancy, infectious skin disease, rash, inflamed or infected injuries. Please inform your massage therapist if you have any acute or ongoing health conditions before receiving massage.
