Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 01:04PM We baked these muffins in celebration of George Washington's birthday weekend. We used fresh chopped cherries for this recipe, but frozen or canned and drained would also work well.

Combining watermelon and tomato works beautifully, especially with the sharp kick of red onion and the tang of good Greek feta. The result is a crisp, refreshing, late-summer salad that pairs great with a bottle of our Rip Rap Rose.
